About
Engineer who leads. Leader who codes.
After 12 years of writing software, including time leading a team, I've moved toward technical leadership without stepping away from the code.
It's a balance. I believe a leader's primary goal is to unlock the team's full potential, so my focus has shifted from solely writing code to building the workflow that lets us deliver value without friction.
I support the team by:
- → Removing impediments and protecting the team's focus.
- → Facilitating communication and bridging the gap between management and developers.
- → Mentoring team members and supporting their professional growth.
I view myself as a "gardener" of the team culture — cultivating autonomy and meaningful impact, while maintaining my technical edge.
